Intentions for the Week- Week 47 in 2025

Hello! Week 47! How was your weekend?  My weekend was full of ART!  I had a fun time making paper chains, and yesterday I had friends over to do some crafts while it rained.  I hosted Self Check-In as per usual and got caught up on laundry. YAY. 

It’s a Monday. You know what that means…

Here are my Intentions for the Week: 

This week’s intentions: 

Mind/Body

  • do some fun reading
  • go to the library
  • work on my Autumn bucket list 
  • morning pages/ morning routine
  • 30 minutes no screen after wakeup
  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily- break a sweat
  • breath work
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • pick up RX
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • outdoor time/hike?
  • pull cards/journal/video
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • tweeze things
  • paint nails
  • do a hair treatment
  • clean house + phone a friend
  • use my diffuser
  • steam facial
  • take vitamins 
  • stay hydrated 
  • read before bed
  • quality time with my cats
  • get enough sleep
