This 2021 MV Agusta Superveloce 800 was purchased new by the seller from Bellevue Kawasaki of Washington in November 2020, and it now has 2k miles. Its 798cc DOHC triple has been fitted with an Arrow race exhaust and high-performance ECU, and it features an integrated electronic ignition/fuel-injection management system with six injectors, three 50mm Mikuni throttle bodies, and ride-by-wire throttle control. The bike is finished in red and silver over a gold trellis frame and is additionally equipped with a clear windscreen, a round headlight and taillight, and a rear cowl with an interchangeable hard cover and pillion pad. It also has a six-speed cassette-style transmission, a slipper clutch, a Marzocchi inverted fork, a Sachs monoshock, a single-sided aluminum swingarm, and triple Brembo disc brakes. This Superveloce 800 is now offered with removed parts, tools, a Pit Bull rear-axle stand, a copy of the manufacturer’s certificate of origin, sales and service records, an MV 75th anniversary owner’s kit, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.
The fully faired bodywork is finished in Ago Red and Ago Silver over a gold trellis frame. Equipment includes a round headlight and taillight, a clear windscreen, a 4.4-gallon fuel tank with decorative leather retaining straps, and a black Alcantara solo seat with red topstitching and a rear bumper pad as well as rear-set foot controls and a side stand. The rear cowl is fitted with a hard cover that can be replaced by a pillion pad which is included in the sale. A close-up photo that shows a scratch on the top right-side muffler can be viewed in the gallery.
Gold-finished 17″ alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa II tires. Adjustable suspension consists of a 43mm Marzocchi inverted fork as well as a Sachs piggyback monoshock mounted to the single-sided aluminum swingarm. Braking is provided by a pair of radially mounted Brembo Monobloc four-piston calipers over 320mm floating discs up front and a two-piston Brembo caliper over a 220mm disc at the rear. The bike is equipped with a six-axis e-Novia inertial platform and features Continental MK 100 ABS with cornering braking and lean-angle-sensitive traction control.
The rear brake fluid reservoir was relocated to the compartment in the rear cowl to overcome an issue of boiling brake fluid caused by the reservoir’s proximity to the catalytic converter as mounted from the factory.
Clip-on handlebars equipped with bar-end mirrors front a 5.5″ TFT color screen that displays a digital speedometer, a tachometer, and additional operational readouts including four torque maps and eight levels of traction control. The digital odometer shows 2k miles.
The liquid-cooled 798cc DOHC triple was factory rated at 148 horsepower and features an MVICS ECU controlling dual injectors for each of three 50mm Mikuni throttle bodies with ride-by-wire throttle control. An Arrow three-into-one-into-three race exhaust system has been installed along with a corresponding high-performance engine ECU, and additional equipment includes titanium valves and an electric starter.
Power is sent to the rear wheel through a wet slipper clutch and a cassette-style six-speed gearbox with an electronic up and down quick shifter as well as a drive chain.
The bike is accompanied by removed parts including an exhaust system, passenger foot pegs, and an Eldor control unit as well as tools, a Pit Bull rear-axle stand, a copy of the manufacturer’s certificate of origin, sales and service records, two keys, and an MV 75th anniversary kit box containing an owner’s manual, a warranty booklet, and various other materials.
