2025 Lexus NX exterior and interior updates
Two new paint finishes on offer
On the outside, the 2025 NX can be had with two new colour options: Radiant Red and White Nova. The Radiant Red finish is available with the NX Exquisite, Luxury and F-Sport trim levels, whereas White Nova is offered with the Exquisite, Luxury and Overtrail trims.
Interior updates focused around NVH and air quality

Inside, Lexus claims to have added “felt materials” to improve the noise insulation of the NX’s cabin, particularly at the rear. Improvements have been made to enhance the NX’s in-cabin air quality, too, such as the AC air filter being improved with “special materials” and thicker fabric to better filter tiny particles. The climate control system has also been tweaked to use less energy and improve the NX’s fuel efficiency.
New safety feature for 2025 NX
The NX now also gets uphill assist control, a safety feature that works in tandem with the SUV’s hybrid powertrain and helps regulate speed based on surface inclinations when driving uphill.
2025 Lexus NX powertrain updates
More frugal and now compliant with E20 petrol
Under the hood, the 2025 NX doesn’t see any major changes, with the SUV continuing to be powered by a 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol-hybrid setup that develops a combined 243hp and is mated to an eCVT auto gearbox. However, Lexus has improved the NX mileage to 20.26kpl – up from the previous 16-17kpl figure (estimated) – and ensured E20 fuel compliance for the SUV.
