This 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano was special-ordered in Bordeaux Pontevecchio over Cuoio leather and now has 37k miles. Powered by a 6.0-liter F140 V12 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle, the car is further appointed with heated power-adjustable Daytona-style carbon-fiber bucket seats, 20″ Challenge wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, a carbon-fiber steering wheel, and magnetorheological dampers. The seller purchased the car from an acquaintance in late 2022 and has since added approximately 9k of the 37k indicated miles. Work in 2024 involved changing various fluids and filters and installing replacement tires as well as replacing the camshaft variators, brake fluid reservoir, camshaft cover gaskets, and spark plugs. This 599 GTB Fiorano is now offered with a copy of the window sticker, an owner’s manual, service records, a car cover, accessories, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
The 599 was designed by Pininfarina under the direction of Jason Castriota and featured Ferrari’s first all-aluminum GT car chassis. The seller tells us that the coupe was special-ordered in Bordeaux Pontevecchio and features bi-xenon headlights, side air vents, parking sensors, flying-buttress C-pillars, and quad exhaust outlets. The Carfax report notes that the vehicle sustained “disabling damage” in a September 2010 accident, which the seller attributes to a previous owner hitting a post in a parking lot. The front bumper cover, left door, and left quarter panel were repainted under current ownership.
Silver 20″ Challenge alloy wheels were mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires in September 2023. The suspension features magnetorheological dampers. Stopping power is provided by silver Ferrari-branded multi-piston brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated ceramic-composite rotors at each corner. The brake fluid reservoir was replaced in August 2024.
The heated power-adjustable Daytona-style sport seats have carbon-fiber backs and are trimmed in Cuoio leather with white stitching. Matching upholstery and carbon fiber trim the dashboard, door sills, and door panels while amenities include a power-adjustable steering column, a Bose sound system, drilled metal pedals, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Both A-pillars were reupholstered in April 2024 due to leather shrinkage. Wear is noted on the driver’s seat outer bolster.
The carbon-fiber-accented steering wheel features an engine start button, carbon-fiber shift paddles, LED shift indicator lights, and a manettino to control driving settings. Instrumentation includes a red 10k-rpm tachometer, a 220-mph speedometer, and a digital display screen. The digital odometer indicates 37k miles, approximately 9k of which were added under current ownership.
The 6.0-liter F140 V12 was factory rated at 611 horsepower and 448 lb-ft of torque. Work in 2024 included changing various fluids and filters as well as replacing the camshaft variators, camshaft cover gaskets, and spark plugs.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through an F1 SuperFast electro-hydraulic six-speed automatic gearbox, which can be operated via paddle shifters. The seller tells us that a recent inspection noted the clutch life at 35%.
A toolkit, a battery tender, and a car cover are included in the sale.
A copy of the window sticker shows initial delivery to Wide World of Cars in Spring Valley, New York, and lists factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $330,419.
Two Ferrari-branded suitcases will accompany the car.
The Carfax report notes the aforementioned damage entry.
